Here's my little lonely child "BASSILIO" (aged 4 years, last seen on August 18, 2006) KIDNAPPED in Tripoli Lebanon by his Mom LAYLA MOUNIR YACOUB KARAM (Lebanese/Venezuelan)
and she escaped to CARACAS / Venezuela and now has issued an ARREST warrant in absentia by the LEBANESE PENAL COURT. (Attachement)
